The following year, after only seven issues, TSR cancelled The Strategic Review and replaced it with The Dragon, which later became Dragon with issue #39. In short order, however, the popularity and growth of Dungeons & Dragons made it clear that the game had not only separated itself from its wargaming origins, but had launched an entirely new industry unto itself. Non-free zines are marked with three dollar sign symbols ($$$). Here is a long non-comprehensive list of links to tabletop RPG fanzines, many of them free, published as PDFs and in print. I try to focus on on-going zine titles, although there are a few older one-offs from the early 2010s still listed here because, hey, it's my list. ZineQuest zines are generally not included in this list, as they are one-offs.
